State Police arrest a Canandaigua resident for Criminal Sex Act 1st Degree, (Class B felony), and Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, (Class B felony),

On August 24th, 2022, 43 year-old Jeffrey V. Kuney of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Criminal Sex Act 1st Degree, (Class B felony), and Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, (Class B felony), for crimes which occurred in the town of Canandaigua.  These charges are the result of an additional victim coming forward after learning of Kuney’s arrest for Rape 1st Degree, on July 25th.   

Additional investigation led Investigators to the seizure of cocaine and prescription drugs which Kuney reportedly provided one of his victims.

Kuney was processed at SP Canandaigua and is currently awaiting centralized arraignment at Ontario County Jail.
