State Police arrest a Canandaigua resident for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Friday, August 26, 2022, troopers from SP Waterloo observed a vehicle speeding on State Route 96A in the town of Fayette.  Noah B. Gundy, age 24, of Canandaigua, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and a traffic violation.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Fayette Court on September 13, 2022.
