On Tuesday, August 16, 2022, troopers from SP Waterloo responded to a larceny at the Waterloo Outlet Mall in the town of Junius.  Troopers arrested Julien S. Jenkins, age 34, of Canandaigua, for Petit Larceny and issued Jenkins an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Junius Court on September 13, 2022.
