State Police arrest Colonie man for Felony Cannabis possession

On September 27, 2022, the New York State Police from SP Brunswick arrested Kevin T. Noon, 51 of Colonie, NY for Criminal Possession of Cannabis in the Second Degree, a class “E” felony, Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class “E” felony and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.

On September 27, 2022, with the assistance of NYSP aviation unit Troopers located an area where Cannabis was being unlawfully grown in Schaghticoke, NY.  The investigation determined Noon was responsible for the illegally possessed and grown cannabis.

Noon was arrested and brought to SP Brunswick for processing.  He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Schaghticoke Town Court on October 19, 2022, and released.  All cannabis plants involved were seized.
