State Police arrest a Conesus resident for 3 counts of Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class E Felony.

 

 

 

 

The New York State Police report the arrest of Raymond C. DiPasquale, age 56, of Conesus, NY for 3 counts of Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class E Felony.   The investigation originated from information provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Child and the Internet Crimes Against Children task force in Albany, NY.  The State Police executed a search warrant that resulted in the discovery of 601 images and 161 videos of child sexual assault material on two separate electronic devices belonging to DiPasquale.   

DiPasquale was released on an Appearance Ticket for the Town of Geneseo Court on October 18, 2022.
