State Police arrest a Corning resident for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

On February 23, 2023, troopers from SP Painted Post responded to the Wal-Mart in the Town of Erwin for a report of a possible larceny in progress. The suspect was stopped by employees before leaving the store, but damaged store property.  Troopers subsequently arrested Shawn R. Neff, age 40, of Corning, for Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Neff was transported to SP Painted Post for processing and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Erwin Town Court at a later date.
