State Police arrest a Farmington resident for Robbery 1st Degree.

On Friday, October 21, 2022, at approximately 9:04 p.m., the State Police responded to the Kwik Fill gas station on State Route 332, in the town of Farmington, for a reported Armed Robbery.

Troopers were given a description of the suspect and a short time later located an abandoned vehicle and an individual walking a short distance from that vehicle.

State Police subsequently arrested Harry Herring, age 61, from Farmington for Robbery 1^st Degree.  Herring was processed and taken to the Ontario County CAP for arraignment on October 22, 2022, at 7:30 a.m.
