PRESS RELEASE

On September 11, 2020 and September 18, 2020 State Police received reports that a former Target employee trespassed on the distribution center property in the Town of Wilton.  Joshua R. Ligiecki, 33 of Glens Falls, who was no longer employed by Target, allegedly entered the building without a security badge on both occasions.  It was also alleged that Ligiecki pulled the fire alarm in the facility twice on September 9, 2020 when he knew the report of the fire to be false.

Ligiecki was arrested on September 21, 2020 for Criminal Trespass 3rd degree (a class B misdemeanor) and Falsely Reporting an Incident 2nd degree (a class E felony).  Ligiecki was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Wilton Court on October 6, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
