State Police arrest a Hornell resident for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Friday March 17th, 2023, troopers from SP North Hornell initiated a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle in the city of Hornell. After an investigation, troopers subsequently arrested David E. Woolever, age 63 of Hornell, for Driving While Intoxicated.

Woolever was transported to SP North Hornell for processing, then released to a sober third party with an appearance ticket returnable to the Hornell City Court April 20, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.
