State Police arrest a Horseheads resident for Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree.

On January 18, 2023, at approximately 6:51p.m., State Police out of Horseheads were investigating an incident when it was discovered that Richard N. Fiore, age 36, from Horseheads, had violated an active order of protection against a female.

Fiore was transported to SP Horseheads and charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree. Fiore was arraigned in the Town of Horseheads Court where he was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in the Town of Horseheads Court at a later date.
