PRESS RELEASE
               State Police in Brunswick arrested a Saratoga man for Petit Larceny and Falsifying Business Records. Richard J. Stevens, 31, of Saratoga Springs was charged with multiple counts of Petit Larceny, Misdemeanors, and multiple counts of Falsifying Business Records in the 1st Degree, Felonies.  The Diamond Hill Nursing Home located in Schaghticoke reported to the Brunswick State Police they believed medication was being taken by an employee. Investigation revealed that Stevens, a Registered Nurse and  shift supervisor stole assorted medication from the facility. Stevens was processed at the Brunswick Barracks and is due to appear in the Town of Schaghticoke Court at a later date.
