State Police arrest a Locke resident for Criminal Impersonation 2nd Degree, three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, and Possession of a Controlled Substance not in an Original Container. 

On Monday, November 7, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn observed a vehicle with an expired registration on West Cayuga Street in the town of Locke.  Kyle D. Henline, age 25, of Locke, was subsequently arrested for Criminal Impersonation 2^nd Degree, three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, and Possession of a Controlled Substance not in an Original Container. 

All charges are returnable to Town of Locke Court on December 7, 2022.
