State Police arrest a Lyons resident for Petit Larceny.

On Sunday, January 29, 2023, troopers from SP Lyons responded to a larceny at Aldi’s in the town of Lyons.  Troopers subsequently arrested Brett T. Forgione, age 41, of Lyons, for Petit Larceny. 

Forgione was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lyons Court on March 7, 2023.
