PRESS RELEASE
 
On November 28, 2021, at 11:58 p.m. State Police in Canandaigua received a suspicious person complaint on Hayride Drive in the town of Farmington.  Troopers that responded, located a male going through vehicles in the area and after multiple commands the male led the troopers on a foot chase. The male identified as Richard Brink, from Farmington, was taken into custody and processed.  Mr. Brink was charged with Petty Larceny, Resisting Arrest, Obstruct Governmental Administration, and False Personation all due at the Farmington Town Court.
