State Police arrest Massachusetts woman following a DWI accident

PRESS RELEASE
On September 13, 2022, State Police arrested Isabella M. Wasuk, 22, of Pittsfield, MA, for Vehicular Assault in the Second Degree, a class “E” felony, and Driving While Intoxicated. 

On August 26, 2022, Troopers responded to a two-car wrong-way crash on I-90 in Albany, NY. An investigation determined Wasuk was driving her vehicle eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-90 when she struck another vehicle head-on, causing injuries to both the driver and the passenger in that vehicle. 

Wasuk was processed at SP Latham, where she was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Albany City Court on September 26, 2022, and released.
