State Police arrest a Montour Falls resident for Petit Larceny.

On January 27, 2023, at approximately 8:36p.m., State Police out of Montour Falls responded to a residence in the village of Burdett for report of a possible Burglary.

When troopers arrived, it was learned that an individual, Albert J. Jones, age 33, from Montour Falls, stole an item from the property.

Jones was charged with Petit Larceny and given an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Hector Court on February 22, 2023.
