State Police arrest a Moravia resident for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (with a child under 17), Open Container, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th

On Wednesday, December 28, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn observed a suspicious vehicle on East Venice Road in the town of Venice.  Joshua K. Allen, age 38, of Moravia, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (with a child under 17), Open Container, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th Degree, and several traffic tickets. 

Allen was transported to the Cayuga County Jail for arraignment.
