State Police arrest a motorist for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, and traffic violations.

On February 23, 2023, troopers from SP Wolcott responded to a suspicious vehicle on Wolcott Spring Lake Road in the town of Butler.  Andrew J. Finocchiaro, age 43, of Chittenango, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, and traffic violations. 

All charges are returnable to the Town of Butler Court on March 15, 2023.
