State Police arrest New Rochelle Man for Grand Larceny

On April 17^th, 2023, the New York State Police from the Hawthorne Barracks arrested Kelvin Garcia Liriano, 27, of New Rochelle, New York, for three counts of Grand Larceny 2^nd Degree, class “C” felonies.  

Members of the New York State Police Troop K Bureau of Criminal Investigation Cortlandt and Hawthorne, and investigators from the Westchester County DA’s Office, with assistance from detectives from Yonkers Police and New Rochelle Police Departments, conducted a long-term investigation which resulted in Liriano’s arrest for allegedly stealing three semi-trailers of consumable goods from the Tandem Lot located on the New York State Thruway, Interstate 87 Northbound, in the city of Yonkers.  The value for the thefts totaled more than $250,000.00.

Mr. Garcia Liriano was arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail.
