State Police arrest a Newark resident for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree- Loaded Firearm, and Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree. 

 

 

 

 

On December 20, 2022, Investigators out of State Police Lyons arrested Allen M. Juitt, 33, of Newark, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree- Loaded Firearm, and Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree. The arrest stems from an ongoing shooting investigation, occurring in the town of Lyons, on December 6, 2022. Upon his arrest and processing, Juitt was subsequently transported to Wayne County Jail pending CAP court arraignment.
