State Police arrest a Newark Valley man for DWI.

On Sunday, April 10, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn observed a driver using a cell phone on State Route 90 in the town of Genoa.  Danny A. Radcliffe, 65, of Newark Valley, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and multiple traffic tickets.  

Radcliffe’s tickets returnable to the Town of Genoa Court on May 3, 2022.
