State Police arrest a North Rose man for Aggravated DWI.

PRESS RELEASE
 
On Wednesday, April 20, 2022, troopers from SP Wolcott responded to a property damage accident on York Settlement Road in the town of Huron.  The operator, Michael S. Smith, age 34, of North Rose, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and traffic tickets. 
All tickets are returnable to the Town of Huron Court on May 9, 2022.
