State Police arrest a Norwich resident for Petit Larceny.

On August 11, 2022, at approximately 1:17p.m., the State Police out of Horseheads responded to Fosters Wine and Spirits in the town of Big Flats for report of a larceny.  Patrols were able to locate the suspect, Steven Shanholtzer, age 39, from Norwich, in possession of the stolen property.

Shanholtzer was transported to SP Horseheads was processed for Petit Larceny and given an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Big Flats Court on August 25, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.
