PRESS RELEASE
 

On May 10, 2022, State Police arrested Richard A. Carnahan, Jr., 37, of Peru, for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree.

On May 10, 2022, at approximately 4:24 p.m., State Police were called to Labarre Street in the town of Plattsburgh for a report of criminal mischief.

A preliminary investigation determined that Carnahan caused damage to a vehicle that did not belong to him.

During the investigation it was determined that Carnahan gouged a tire, dented the driver side door, damaged a mirror and the gas cap cover was missing.

Carnahan was arraigned in the town of Plattsburgh Court and is due to reappear on May 17, 2022.
