State Police arrest a Port Byron resident for DWI.

On Saturday, November 12, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn responded to assist EMS with an intoxicated person on South Seneca Street in the village of Weedsport.  David D. Hickey, age 61, of Port Byron, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%. 

All charges are returnable to the Village of Weedsport Court on November 28, 2022.
