State Police arrest a Port Byron resident for Felony DWI.

On Sunday, August 21, 2022, troopers from SP Lyons responded to a property damage accident on Grist Mill Drive in the town of Lyons.  Severiano Martinez-Pazos, age 39, of Port Byron, was subsequently arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, and a traffic violation.  

He was transported to Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
