State Police arrest a Prattsburgh resident for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs

PRESS RELEASE
 
On February 24, 2023, troopers in Bath responded to the area of State Route 53 and Reservoir Road in the town of Prattsburgh for a motor vehicle accident.  Troopers subsequently arrested Catherine A. Digati, age 62 of Prattsburgh, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and traffic violations.

Digati was transported to SP Bath for processing and released with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Prattsburgh Court on March 22, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
