State Police arrest a Rochester resident for Felony Driving While Intoxicated,

On Sunday, September 11, 2022, troopers from SP Williamson observed an erratic driver on Ridge Road in the town of Ontario.  Jimmy L. Wright, Ge 42, of Rochester, was subsequently arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without an Interlock Device, and traffic violations.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Ontario Court on September 27, 2022.
