On November 12, 2020 State Police arrested Terrell K. Bell, II, 23 of Schenectady, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 2nd degree (a class C felony) along with numerous other criminal charges.

The Trooper stopped Bell in the City of Schenectady and upon interviewing him observed signs of drug use.  A search of Bell and the vehicle found a loaded 9 mm pistol that he did not legally possess, multiple bags containing marihuana and a plastic bag containing psilocybin mushrooms. 

Bell was additionally charged with:  Criminal Possession of a Stolen Property 4th degree (a class E felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (a class B felony), Criminal Possession of Marihuana 3rd degree (a class E felony) as well as several misdemeanor charges.

Bell was processed and transported to Schenectady County Jail to be held pre-arraignment.
