New York State Police Investigators from SP Cobleskill arrest a 26-year-old Summit man for Class D Felony of Burglary 3rd and the Class A Misdemeanors of Possession of Burglar Tools and Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.

Investigators charged Timothy J. Joiret of Summit following an investigation into a burglary that occurred at a local business which was reported on November 12, 2020.  During the subsequent investigation, a search warrant was issued for Joiret’s residence which concluded with his arrest on November 18, 2020. 

Throughout the investigation, numerous items stolen during the burglary were recovered from multiple locations. 

Joiret was arraigned in the Town of Richmondville Court where he was placed on pretrial supervision through the Schoharie County Probation Department, and due to reappear on December 3rd, 2020 in the Town of Summit Court.
