State Police arrest a Trumansburg resident for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE

On Saturday, October 1, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn observed a suspicious vehicle on State Route 31 in the town of Montezuma.  The operator, Danielle L. Utter, age 36, of Trumansburg, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test, and Open Container. 

She was transported to Cayuga County Jail for arraignment.
