State Police arrest two following a Queensbury altercation

On March 15, 2023, State Police of Queensbury arrested Stacy L. Blair, 34, of Queensbury, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Assault in the Second Degree.  Jerry Rogers, 38, of Glens Falls, NY, was also arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree and Assault in the Second Degree.  

On March 15, 2023, at about 8:00 p.m., Troopers responded to the Days Inn located in Queensbury, NY, for the report of an altercation involving a possible firearm. The investigation determined Rogers got into a physical altercation with the victim wherein he used a BB “imitation” handgun to cause injury to the victim.  Blair, wielding a long-gun “imitation” BB gun, used it against the same victim, causing injury.  Blair hid the weapons in the hotel room prior to law enforcement’s arrival on scene.  The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported by EMS to Glens Falls Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Both were arrested and transported to SP Queensbury for processing. They were both transported to the Warren County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.  It is anticipated that additional charges are pending.
