State Police arrest a Union Springs resident for Driving While Ability Impaired, Assault with Intent to Cause Physical Injury (with a weapon), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, and Menacing 2nd Degree.

On Wednesday, September 28, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn responded to an incident on State Route 90 in the town of Springport.  Wayne A. Krueger, age 55, of Union Springs, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired, Assault with Intent to Cause Physical Injury (with a weapon), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th Degree, and Menacing 2^nd Degree.

He was transported to Cayuga County Jail for arraignment.
