On Thursday, November 3, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn responded to a larceny in progress at the Dollar Tree in the town of Aurelius.  Troopers arrested Gregory A. Latz, 45, of Weedsport, for Petit Larceny and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Aurelius Court on November 16, 2022.
