State Police arrest Westerlo woman for DWI with a B.A.C. more than three times the legal limit

On October 31, 2022, State Police of New Scotland arrested Kristen Radley, 32, of Westerlo, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

On October 31, 2022, at about 5:48 p.m. Trooper received the report of a vehicle being operated erratically on State Route 32 in Bethlehem, NY. Troopers patrolled for the vehicle and located it on State Route 32 in New Scotland, NY and observed it violate multiple Vehicle and Traffic Laws.  Trooper conducted a traffic stop and identified the operator as Radley.  She was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

Radley was transported to SP New Scotland for processing, where she recorded a 0.28% B.A.C. She was issued tickets returnable to the New Scotland Town Court on December 1, 2022, and released to a sober party.
