State Police arrest a Wolcott resident for DWI.

On Thursday, March 16, 2023, troopers from SP Williamson observed a vehicle with an inadequate tail light on State Route 104 in the town of Williamson.  Michael A. Phillips, age 35, of Wolcott, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, Open Container, and a traffic violation.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Williamson Court on April 19, 2023.
