State Police arrested an Accord man for Grand Larceny 2nd degree

On March 19, 2023, State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) Highland arrested Anthony Diguiseppe, age 71, from Accord, New York for Grand Larceny 2nd degree, a felony.

On March 3, 2023, State Police BCI from the Highland barracks began an investigation of stolen property that exceeded $225,229. Investigation revealed that Diguiseppe removed items from a storage container that did not belong to him and move them to another location.

Anthony Diguiseppe was released on an appearance ticket. This is an ongoing investigation.
