State Police arrested a Fallsburg man for Grand Larceny

On December 6, 2022, State Troopers from the Liberty barracks arrested Darick Degraw, age 35 from the town of Fallsburg for Grand Larceny 3rd degree, a felony.

Investigation revealed that on October 23, 2022, Degraw agreed to do a roofing job for a local homeowner for $16,782. He took a $7,000 down payment to purchase materials. Degraw never purchased the materials and did not return calls to the homeowner and did not return the money. The homeowner was unable to locate him. Troopers located Degraw at a trailer in Fallsburg. He was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 3rd degree. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable on January 24, 2023, at the Town of Liberty Court.
