     SP Canandaigua Troopers and Investigators arrested three people for felony weapons and drug charges Sunday morning, after a short vehicle pursuit that began in Phelps NY (Ontario County) and ended in Lyons NY (Wayne County).  During the pursuit, a loaded .223 AR style pistol was thrown from the vehicle and recovered by Troopers.  Troopers seized approximately 38 grams of cocaine and 17 grams of crack cocaine.

     The driver, 26 year-old James E. Wright, of Wolcott NY, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd, 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon  3rd, and Unlawful Fleeing.  49 year-old Anastasia R. Clicquennoi, of Lyons NY, was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 3rd, 2 counts of Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 4th, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd, and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd.  38 year-old Richard W. Barnes Jr., of Newark NY, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd, 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, and Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 7th.  

     The trio was processed at SP Canandaigua and were arraigned at Ontario County Centralized Arraignment, where Clicquennoi and Barnes were released on their own recognizance.
