PRESS RELEASE
 

On May 10, 2023, at approximately 11:45 a.m., troopers responded to a residence on High Street in Unionville, New York for a report of an assault with a knife. Upon arrival troopers observed the victim on the front lawn of a residence being treated by EMS for stab wounds to his head and face. Preliminary investigation revealed that Jesse A. Frank, age 37 from the village of Unionville was involved with a verbal and physical altercation with the victim and stabbed him with a steak knife. The victim was transported to Bon Secours Hospital and treated for minor injuries. He was later released.

Frank was charged with Assault 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree, both felonies. He was arraigned in front of Judge Witkowski in the Town of Greenville Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $30,000 cash/$90,000 bond.
