State Police charge Cobleskill man for injuring an infant.

On Wednesday 01/06/2021, Troopers in Cobleskill arrested 30-year-old Tyler E. Williams of Cobleskill, for Assault 3rd degree (A misdemeanor), Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree (A misdemeanor), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A misdemeanor).   
 
State Police arrested a Cobleskill man following a three-month investigation into injuries sustained by an infant.  State Police were initially contacted by the New York State Registry on September 17, 2020 after a mandated reporter contacted the NYS Hotline to report the incident.  Investigation revealed that the infant’s injuries were caused by Williams reckless actions. The State Police were assisted in the investigation by members of the Schoharie County Child Protective Services.
 

Williams was processed at SP Cobleskill and is due in Seward Town Court on February 04, 2021.
