On October 25, 2019, New York State Police Members in conjunction with the New York State Liquor Authority conducted an underage drinking enforcement detail at establishments located in southern Erie County that resulted in 2 arrests.  The following subjects were arrested under the New York Alcoholic Beverage Control Law Section 65, Prohibited sale to a person under the age of 21, and released to appear in court at a later date.
Sarah J. Prible, 41, of Holland, an employee of 7 Eleven Store, 6444 Olean Rd., T/Wales, NY
Frank P. Orlando, 44, of Lancaster, an employee of the Holland Hotel Restaurant & Bar, 61 N. Main St., Holland, NY.
            The following establishments were checked and found to be in compliance:
            Elma Towne Grille, 6650 Clinton St., Elma, 7 Eleven, 2180 Bullis Rd., Elma,  Elma Wine & Liquor, 2350 Bowen Rd., Elma, Crosby’s, 11566 Big Tree Rd., Wales, Wales Center Hotel, 12243 Big Tree Rd., Wales,  CVS, 727 Main St. E. Aurora, East Aurora Co-Op Market, 591 Main St, E. Aurora, The Valley Inn, 8082 Olean Rd, Holland, Dollar General Store, 122 S. Main St., Holland, Holland Willows, 177 Savage Rd. Holland,  Fitzy’s Bar & Grill, 11449 Olean Rd., Chaffee, Shamrock Inn Bar & Grill, 12829 W. Schutt Rd., Sardinia, Krooked Rooster, 12499 Savage Rd., Sardinia.
