On Thursday, July 14, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn arrested Mitchell T. Holmes, age 23, of Liverpool, on a warrant for Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd Degree, and Grand Larceny 4th Degree.

Holmes was transported to Cayuga County Jail for arraignment.
