State Police in Auburn arrest a motorist for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Sunday, July 10, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn observed a vehicle speeding on State Route 38 in the town of Throop.  Jeffrey L. Amidon, 29, of Fabius, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and a traffic ticket. 

All charges are returnable to the Town of Throop Court on August 2, 2022.
