State Police in Auburn arrest motorist for Felony DWI.

On Sunday, July 31, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn responded to State Route 34 in the town of Venice for a motor vehicle accident.  Noe B. Raymundo-Lopez was subsequently arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without an Interlock Device, Open Container, and other traffic violations.  

Raymundo-Lopez was transported to Cayuga County Jail for arraignment.
