State Police in Auburn arrest a Syracuse man for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree.

On Monday, June 27, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn responded to a shots fired call in the area of Curtin Road and Bear Swamp Road in the town of Sempronius.   Joshua Pena, 23, of Syracuse, was subsequently arrested for four counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2^nd Degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd Degree.

He was transported to Cayuga County Jail for arraignment.
