On April 2, 2021, the State Police BCI in Canandaigua and U.S. Postal Inspectors report the arrest of 61 year-old Timothy D. Bilak, of Walworth NY, for Stalking 3rd Degree (Class A Misdemeanor).  During March 2021, Timothy Bilak a retired postal carrier, mailed out dozens of threatening letters to nearly a dozen current and retired post office employees.  Over the past month, some victims received multiple letters.  These letters had no apparent legitimate purpose other than to reasonably cause fear to the recipient and their family.

Timothy Bilak was arrested at his home in Walworth, processed at SP Canandaigua and then transported to Wayne County Jail for centralized arraignment.  He will have a future court date, in the town of Walworth.
