State Police in Lyons arrest a Palmyra man for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Sunday, April 17, 2022, troopers from SP Lyons responded to a disturbance on Clinton Street in the village of Palmyra.  Troopers located a Joel R. Rosko, age 27, of Palmyra, and he was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%.  

Rosko was issued tickets returnable to the Village of Palmyra Court on May 3, 2022.
