State Police in Painted Post arrest a New Jersey resident for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

PRESS RELEASE

On Saturday, January 14, 2023, Troopers from SP Painted Post responded to a complaint of an erratic driver on Interstate 99 in the Town of Erwin. State Troopers located Herbert J. Joseph Jr., age 26, of New Jersey, impeding traffic on I-86 in the Town of Corning and subsequently arrested him for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. 

All charges are returnable to the Corning Town Court on January 19, 2023 at 4:00 PM.
