On August 31, 2023, at about 3:37 a.m. State Police of Wilton responded to the report of a vehicle off the roadway in the area of Locust Grove Road in Greenfield, NY. Troopers located the vehicle the caller described crashed into a ditch. The driver, later identified as Joshua D. Mosher, 40, of Corinth, NY, was located asleep and uninjured in the driver’s seat. Mosher was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Wilton for processing, where he recorded a 0.20% BAC. Mosher was issued tickets returnable to the Greenfield Town Court on September 13, 2023, and released to a sober third party.
On September 1, 2023, at about 11:22 p.m., State Police of Saratoga stopped a vehicle on State Route 9 in Malta, NY, for multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. The driver was identified as Kevin B. Kuhn, 63, of Saratoga Springs, NY. Kuhn was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Saratoga for processing, where he recorded a 0.18% BAC. Kuhn was issued tickets returnable to the Malta Town Court on September 14, 2023, and released.
On September 2, 2023, at about 5:23 a.m. State Police assigned to the Latham Interstate Patrol responded to I-787 in Menands, NY, for the report of a wrong-way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lane. The vehicle reportedly crashed, and the driver fled the scene on foot before the Troopers arrival. The driver was located a short time later and identified as Tobias C. Crenshaw, 22, of Schenectady, NY. Crenshaw was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Latham for processing, where he recorded a 0.20% BAC. Crenshaw was issued tickets returnable to the Menands Village Court on September 2, 2023, and released to a sober third party.
On September 3, 2023, at about 12:38 a.m. State Police of Schodack responded to the report of a disabled vehicle in the roadway on I-90 in East Greenbush, NY. On arrival, Troopers found the driver, Harsh Purani, 24, of Albany, NY, who appeared to be asleep in the driver’s seat. Purani was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Schodack for processing, where he recorded a 0.20% BAC. Purani was issued tickets returnable to the East Greenbush Town Court on September 28, 2023, and released to a sober third party.
On September 3, 2023, at about 2:49 p.m., State Police of Fonda assisted The New York State Forest Rangers at the Caroga Lake Campground in Caroga, NY, with the report of a disorderly person. A vehicle was observed driving erratically and stopped in the area of the complaint. The driver was identified as Amanda E. Allie, 41, of Schenectady, NY. Allie was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. She was transported to SP Fonda for processing, where she recorded a 0.16% BAC. Further investigation discovered Allie has a previous DWI conviction within the last ten years. She was issued tickets returnable to the Caroga Town Court on October 9, 2023.
On September 4, 2023, at about 9:17 p.m., State Police assigned to the Clifton Park Northway Patrol responded to the report of an erratic vehicle on I-87 in Clifton Park, NY. A vehicle matching the caller’s description was located and stopped. The driver was identified as Stephon K. Pierre, 40, of Bethlehem, NY. Pierre was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing, where he recorded a 0.23% BAC. Pierre was issued tickets returnable to the Clifton Park Town Court on September 20, 2023, and was released to a sober third party.
On September 5, 2023, at about 7:45 p.m., State Police of Schodack responded to assist the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office with the report of a domestic dispute in Stephentown, NY. One of the subjects involved in the dispute was reported to have left the location in a vehicle. The vehicle was located and stopped in the area of Staples Road in Stephentown, NY, and the driver was identified as Joshua E. Koloski, 44, of Stephentown. Koloski was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. He was transported to SP Sand Lake for processing, where he recorded a 0.18% BAC. Koloski was issued tickets returnable to the Stephentown Town Court on September 2, 2023, and released to the Sheriff’s office due to charges related to the domestic dispute.
On September 6, 2023, at about 6:43 a.m. State Police of Brunswick responded to a vehicle off the roadway in the area of Eagle Bridge Road in Hoosick, NY. The driver was identified as Schyler M. Stone, 32, of Bennington, VT. Stone was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Brunswick for processing, where he recorded a 0.18% BAC. Stone was issued tickets returnable to the Hoosick Town Court on October 5, 2023, and released to a sober third party.
On September 7, 2023, at about 4:00 p.m., State Police of Clifton Park responded to the report of a vehicle crashed into an outbuilding off of Sugar Hill Road in Clifton Park, NY. On arrival, Troopers approached the vehicle, which appeared to be attempting to flee, and instructed the driver to place the vehicle in park. The driver, later identified as Adam Concepcion Jr., 29, of Clifton Park, NY, failed to comply and drove recklessly back onto the roadway. A pursuit was initiated, and the car was eventually stopped with the assistance of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office at the intersection of Sugar Hill Road and Grooms Road. Concepcion Jr. was uncooperative, refusing to exit the vehicle. He was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired, Reckless Driving, Flee a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the third degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the second degree, and resisting arrest. Concepcion Jr. was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing, where he refused to be evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) or to provide a blood sample to determine the drug content of his blood. Further investigation determined he has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. Concepcion Jr. was arraigned at the Clifton Park Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.
